As webhostingstuff happily display libellous lies it should be softlayers responsibility to get it removed when michael low refuses, which he does as you know as he never reiez. I did speak to softlayer via their live chat and was told they are taking legal action against michael low as they cannot just turn him off. How true that is I have no idea.

Hello Russ,
I can't say I have ever dealt with any previous customers of Soft Layer. But I am pretty sure that what webhostingstuff.com does not do anything to violate their terms of service. After all nothing says a site has to be ethical, but comply with their terms of service.
I had a customer once that put up a site selling toilet paper with Bush and Kerry's faces on it during the 2004 election. I thought it was tasteless and down right vulgar. But there was nothing in the terms of service to cover my own sensibility. I would have love to shut his site down. But in the end it would have violated my own sense of right and wrong.
However I might as well put Soft Layer on my list, and I will look into them after I am done with the top 25.

In addition the company that hosts their server (www.softlayer.com) are also just as dodgy. I contacted them numerous times to complain about WebHostingStuff and they don't care at all, wont even reply.
So you can add them to your list of dodgy scammer hosts.
